설명​

모든 카드 정보를 가져와 카드 객체 배열을 포함하는 JSON 객체를 반환합니다.

이벤트 시작 및 종료 날짜는 ISO 형식 yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSXXX을 따라야 합니다.

HTTP 상태 코드는 요청 결과를 나타냅니다: 성공 시 (response.status == 200), 실패 시 (response.status == 500).
